Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the TCFMN mobile application or website (tcfmn.org), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website. These terms are provided by The Telugu Christian Fellowship of Minnesota ("TCFMN", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• The TCFMN app is intended for members and attendees of The Telugu Christian Fellowship of Minnesota.
• New accounts require approval by a church administrator before full access is granted.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the app, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and Christian love.
• Not post content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or offensive.
• Not share false information or impersonate others.
• Not use the app for commercial solicitation or spam.
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or the app's backend systems.
• Keep prayer requests, testimonies, and messages in a spirit of faith and community.

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you post (prayer requests, testimonies, messages). By posting, you grant TCFMN a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the app and website for the purpose of operating the community platform.

Church administrators may remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate for the community, at their sole discretion.

5. Push Notifications

By registering, you may receive push notifications related to church meetings, daily Bible verses, prayer updates, and announcements. You can manage or disable notifications at any time in the app Settings.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

TCFMN administrators reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are deemed harmful to the community. You may also delete your own account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

7. Intellectual Property

The TCFMN name, logo, app design, worship songs, and sermon content are the property of The Telugu Christian Fellowship of Minnesota. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

Bible verses are from public domain or licensed translations. Song lyrics are used for worship purposes within the church community.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of content, or error-free operation. Use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCFMN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which is $0, as the app is free).

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dakota County, Minnesota.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify members of material changes via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
